Eligibility

Only full members in good standing may stand for election.

Nominations

Nominations are opened to all eligible members through the system.

Election

Voting is open to all active members — one person, one vote, anonymous.

Inauguration

Winners are officially inaugurated and receive their certificate.

Term

Officers serve a fixed term and may be re-elected by the membership.

Accountability

All officers are bound by the code of conduct and audited annually.

Roles & Duties

What each officer does

President
Chairman of the Executive

Leads the organization, chairs all executive and general meetings, and represents the Brotherhood in all external engagements.

Vice President
Deputy Chair

Supports the President, assumes leadership in their absence, and oversees special initiatives and member relations.

Secretary
General Secretary

Maintains all official records, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Custodian of the organization's documents.

Treasurer
Financial Officer

Manages all funds, tracks dues and contributions, prepares financial reports, and ensures full transparency.

Membership Officer
Member Relations

Processes applications, onboards new members, maintains the member directory, and issues certificates.

Auditor
Internal Control

Independently reviews all financial records and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
